40 Point Residential checklist

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time cleanings and arrive with all of the equipment necessary to complete the job.  Our most widely used residential service follows a standard 40 point checklist.  We can also customize any cleaning to meet your individual needs.

Bedrooms
  1. All areas dusted top, front, underneath
  2. Mirrors cleaned
  3. Window sills wiped
  4. Fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors, switch plates
  5. Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
  6. Trash emptied
  7. Baseboards dusted (initial cleaning and then as needed)
  8. Lamp shades dusted
  9. Carpet vacuumed
  10. Cobwebs removed
  11. Overall appearance left neat and tidy
Bathrooms        
  1. Tubs, sinks, tile, chrome, vanity scrubbed
  2. Toilet scrubbed
  3. Mirrors cleaned
  4. Sills wiped down
  5. Trash emptied
  6. Floors vacuumed and washed
  7. Area rugs vacuumed
    Hallways
    1. Picture frames dusted
    2. Fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors, switch plates
    3. Carpet vacuumed or floors washed
    Kitchen
    1. Countertops, backsplash cleaned
    2. Cabinet fronts washed
    3. Trash emptied
    4. Sinks scrubbed
    5. Microwave (cleaned inside and out)
    6. Outside of oven and refrigerator cleaned
    7. Fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors, ,switch plates
    8. Floor washed
    Living Room and/or Other Indoor Rooms 
    1. Furniture dusted
    2. Glass tables cleaned
    3. Baseboards dusted (initial cleaning and then as needed)
    4. Window sills wiped
    5. Lamp shades dusted
    6. Tile, hardwood floors damp mopped
    7. Carpets vacuumed
    8. Cobwebs removed
    9. Furniture cushions straightened
    10. Fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors, switch plates
    11. Overall appearance left neat and tidy
